We are building 56 units of affordably priced single family attached homes in Slavic Village neighborhood of Cleveland OH.  These units will have 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 and 2.5 bathrooms, and attached garages.

We are developing an energy efficient 84-unit apartment building in Slavic Village neighborhood of Cleveland OH. This project will serve a mix of affordable and market rate housing.  Other features include secure building access, handicap accessibility, and a common laundry area and gym for residents.

Project Sky is a complete rehab of a four-unit apartment building in Cleveland’s Waterloo historic arts district.  All mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, energy efficient windows, and roof will be replaced. We will remodel the kitchens and bathrooms, install new sinks and faucets, new cabinets and granite countertops, and new toilets and vanities. All flooring will be updated with new carpet and EVP flooring.
